ALPHA MEDIA, BLUEFIELD, WV, has added G98.7 -- the new FM translator to WKEZ (AM 1270) -- as “The Throwback Station.” G98.7 took to the air at midnight earlier today, featuring artists like TUPAC, SNOOP DOGG, P DIDDY, MICHAEL JACKSON and MARY J.  BLIGE. , This is the first Classic Hip-Hop format to hit the airwaves in the BLUEFIELD and PRINCETON, WV, market.

Commetning on the announcement, ALPHA MEDIA Market Manager DANNY CLEMONS said: “We are very excited to introduce G98 to the BLUEFIELD market.
