Last night's SONGS OF HOPE event at the LOS ANGELES home of STEFANIE RIDEL and RON FAIR was the most successful to date, raising an estimated total of more than $300,000 to aid the CITY OF HOPE's research and treatment of cancer, diabetes and HIV/AIDS.
High-profile items remain up for bid from PAUL McCARTNEY (who personally donated a VIP/meet & greet experience -- plus soundcheck access -- at his concert on OCTOBER 5th), BILLY JOEL, PAUL SIMON, IMAGINE DRAGONS, GARTH BROOKS, TAYLOR SWIFT, SHAWN MENDES and more here.
Legendary record executive CLIVE DAVIS presented the CLIVE DAVIS LEGEND IN SONGWRITING AWARD to GRAMMY-winning global superstar PHARRELL WILLIAMS.

OSCAR-nominated "Jungle Book" composer JOHN DEBNEY was given the ELECTRONIC ARTS COMPOSER AWARD by EA's STEVE SCHNUR, one of the evening's co-chairmen, along with UNIVERSAL MUSIC PUBLISHING GROUP President NORTH AMERICA EVAN LAMBERG, SPIRIT MUSIC GROUP Chairman DAVID RENZER and THE DAVIS FIRM founder/principal DOUG DAVIS.
Other celebrities attending included LL COOL J, NICOLE SCHERZINGER, JIMMY JAM, DIANE WARREN and OSCAR-nominated songwriter STEPHAN MOCCIO.
