CAPITOL BROADCASTING Country WCMC (THE NEW 99.9 GENUINE COUNTRY)/RALEIGH has tapped 20-year radio veteran STEVE HARMON for mornings. STEVE, most recently at KFWR (THE RANCH)/FT. WORTH, worked in RALEIGH years ago, at WBT and WLVK. He has also worked at KPLX/DALLAS. HARMON will be joined by WRAL-TV news reporter CULLEN BROWDER for news and WRAL-TV meteorologist ELIZABETH GARDNER.
