Rock To Recovery Fundraiser Features All-Star Jams, Honors Mike Ness

Musician rehab program ROCK TO RECOVERY will holds its first annual awareness event and fundraiser on SUNDAY, OCTOBER 2nd at 7p at the FONDA THEATRE in HOLLYWOOD. The first band will feature DAVID SILVERIA, and ZAC BAIRD from KORN, followed by an all-star jam featuring MARK MCGRATH (SUGAR RAY), STEVE STEVENS (BILLY IDOL), FRANKY PEREZ (APOCALYPTICA), BILLY MORRISON (BILLY IDOL), CHRIS CHANEY (JANE'S ADDICTION) and ERIK ELDENIUS (BILLY IDOL), as well as some very special guests.

Also at the event, SOCIAL DISTORION singer/guitarist Mike Ness will receive the first ever, Rock to Recovery Award. The award signifies MIKE's journey as a musician who has overcome a deadly addiction, to become a positive role model as both an iconic Rock n Roll legend and for his role and commitment to helping people and the community as a whole. 

Also attending in support of the inaugural event will be actor JASON WAHLER (THE HILLS), EMMY and GOLDEN GLOBE winning actress JAMIE PRESSLEY, actor JEREMY JACKSON, CALIFORNIACATION actress ZITA VASS, pro-skater TONY ALVA and MMA artist TITO ORTIZ and special guest DR. DREW, among others.
