The price for RED ROCK RADIO CORP.'s sale of eight stations -- Oldies KGHS-A and Country KSDM/INTERNATIONAL FALLS, MN; Sports KKIN-A (RED ZONE SPORTS RADIO) and Classic Country KKIN-F (94.3 FM CLASSIC COUNTRY)/AITKIN, MN; Adult Hits KFGI (101.5 JACK FM)/CROSBY, MN; News-Talk KLKS (TALK 100)/PEQUOT LAKES, MN; Sports WWWI-A (RED ZONE SPORTS RADIO)/BAXTER, MN; and Classic Rock WWWI-F (KQ 96, simulcasting KQDS/DULUTH)/PILLAGER, MN -- to JIMMY D. BIRKEMEYER's R & J BROADCASTING, INC. is $1.185 million. The sale was announced 10 days ago but the price was not included in broker KALIL AND CO.'s announcement at the time.
