RADIO ONE is swapping formats between two of its PHILADELPHIA stations.
Classic Hip Hop WPHI (BOOM 107.9) is moving to the 103.9 FM slot presently occupied by Gospel WPPZ (PRAISE 103.9), and the Gospel format will head to BOOM's former 107.9 FM position. The swap will take place TOMORROW (9/27).
