In other filings with the FCC, DR. MIKE ISENHART is selling K223AZ/CHELAN, WA to LARSON-WYNN, INC. for $999. The buyer plans to move the translator to rebroadcast Adult Standards KODL-A (RADIOFRESHING)/THE DALLES, OR, which presently rebroadcasts on K256AC/THE DALLES.

AUSTIN AIRWAVES, INC. is selling the construction permit for noncommercial KTIM/ELLINGER, TX to TEXAS INDEPENDENT MEDIA, INC. for $18,822.72 reimbursement of out-of-pocket expenses.

HISPANIC CHRISTIAN COMMUNICATIONS has requested a Silent STA for KSXT/SMILEY, TX due to a power failure to the transmitter.

SHENANDOAH VALLEY GROUP, INC. has filed for a Silent STA for WAMM-A/WOODSTOCK, VA for financial reasons.

VIC MICHAELS' CEDAR COVE BROADCASTING, INC. has applied for an extension of its Silent STA for W208BU/BERWICK, PA after losing its tower site.

OMNI BROADCASTING, LLC has closed on the transfer of Adult Standards WPNS-A (formerly WEVG-A)/EVERGREEN, AL to ANDALA ENTERPRISES, INC. for no consideration.

CHRISTOPHER L. MURRAY has closed on the sale of W261DG/CHARLESTON, SC, formerly W298BS/PAYNE, GA to APEX MEDIA CORP. for $45,000. The translator will rebroadcast Urban WSPO-A (99.3 THE BOX)/CHARLESTON, SC, which presently simulcasts on FM translator W257BQ/CHARLESTON.

And the JERALD EDSON ISENHART TRUST has closed on the sale of K263BS/CENTRALIA, WA, formerly K278CB/WENATCHEE, WA, to PREMIER BROADCASTERS, INC. for $25,000. The buyer is moving the translator to rebroadcast Oldies KITI-A/CENTRALIA, WA.

In a closing yet to appear in the FCC database, MIKE CHIRES and NORM MCKEE's BLACK DIAMOND BROADCAST HOLDINGS, LLC have closed on the purchase of seven full-power radio stations and one FM translator in MICHIGAN from DEL REYNOLDS' NORTHERN STAR BROADCASTING for $1,950,000.  The stations include Classic Country WCBY-A, Active Rock WGFM (ROCK 105), and Classic Rock WCHY (THE BEAR)/CHEBOYGAN; Classic Rock WGFN (THE BEAR) and AC WQEZ (EASY 95.5)/GLEN ARBOR; Country WMKC (102.9 BIG COUNTRY HITS)/INDIAN RIVER; AC WOEZ (EASY 106.3)/ONAWAY; and W264AF (rebroadcasting WCBY-A)/ST. IGNACE. JASON JAMES of PATRICK COMMUNICATIONS served as exclusive broker of the deal.

Also yet to appear in the FCC database, GARRISON CITY RADIO GROUP, LLC has closed on the sale of AC WBYY (98.7 THE BAY)/SOMERSWORTH, NH and News-Talk WTSN-A/DOVER, NH to BILL BINNIE's WBIN MEDIA CO., INC. for $2.1 million.  The sale had been dismissed but reinstated with an extension of time to consummate.  BINNIE has been operating the stations under an LMA since APRIL.
