PAMAL BROADCASTING AC WHUD and Alternative WXPK (107.1 THE PEAK)/WESTCHESTER, NY will be on hand at the 2nd annual "HEALTH AND WELLNESS EXPO" on SATURDAY (10/15) at the JEFFERSON VALLEY MALL in YORKTOWN HEIGHTS from 11a-4p.
The event is presented by the WESTCHESTER MEDIAL CENTER HEALTH NETWORK and will feature fitness and nutrition tips, free health screenings and demonstrations from leading experts on all aspects of health, wellness, fitness, and lifestyle improvements.
