Cumulus/Melbourne, FL Appoints Mike Vincent As OM

CUMULUS MEDIA has named MIKE VINCENT as OM for its four-station group in MELBOURNE, FL, which includes Country WHKR (NASH FM), Top 40 WAOA, Classic Rock WROK, and Sports WLZR-A. VINCENT will also serve the cluster as PD for WAOA. He moves to THE SUNSHINE STATE from sister Country WSJR (NASH FM 93.7)/WILKES BARRE, PA where he was PD/afternoon host; his 28-year radio career includes programming and on-air positions in SAN FRANCISCO; FREDERICKSBURG, VA; and POUGHKEEPSIE, NY.
“I’m excited to have MIKE VINCENT join our cluster as OM," said CUMULUS/MELBOURNE, FL VP/Market Manager GARY MERTINS. "He is an experienced major market air talent and manager and will be a tremendous addition to our stations. I look forward to having him lead our programming team in MELBOURNE.”
