Dove Flies To Portland As CC Market Mgr.

ROBERT DOVE has assumed the role of Market Manager for the CLEAR CHANNEL/PORTLAND cluster, which comprises Talk KEX-A, AC KKCW, Top 40/Mainstream KKRZ, Talk KPOJ-A and Smooth Jazz KIJZ.

Said DOVE, "I spent 17 years in the PORTLAND market, all in the cluster I am now taking over. At the end of 2001 I left to take over CLEAR CHANNEL's smaller markets in OREGON. For the last five years I've run MEDFORD, EUGENE, and ALBANY/CORVALLIS. Prior to that I was an AE at KKRZ (Z100)/PORTLAND for seven years (1984-1991), then the GSM there for another six years. After that I spent the last four-plus years in PORTLAND as the Market DOS. Both my wife and I are from PORTLAND, so it was a chance to go home."
