JOSH INNES, who recently left CBS RADIO Sports WIP/PHILADELPHIA, is joining iHEARTMEDIA Sports KBME-A (SPORTSTALK 790)/HOUSTON for afternoons, beginning OCTOBER 10th.
The move is a return to HOUSTON for INNES, who worked at CBS RADIO Sport KILT-A before moving to PHILADELPHIA, where he was involved in a few controversies over his comments and tweets and his ratings battle with rival GREATER MEDIA Sports WPEN (97.5 THE FANATIC) host MIKE MISSANELLI. At KBME, INNES replaces CHARLIE PALILLO, whose presence has been removed from the SPORTSTALK 790 website. KILT-A "MAD RADIO" morning co-host JIM MUDD wil be joining him as Producer.
“I’m thrilled to be adding such a wildly entertaining show to our live and local lineup. Josh is a unique talent who approaches sports talk radio like no other,” said, Dir./AM Programming BRYAN ERICKSON.
“I am coming home. Sports radio in HOUSTON is about to change,” said INNES.
