Bloomberg "Not For Sale"

NEW YORK Mayor and BLOOMBERG LP founder MIKE BLOOMBERG told staffers in his quarterly video address that the company is not for sale despite his receiving inquiries from potential purchasers. Chairman PETER GRAUER read BLOOMBERG's statement in the video, saying, "I've said many times that my next career will be in philanthropy. While I have recently been approached by potential buyers of BLOOMBERG LP, I have decided not to sell the company at this time." BLOOMBERG owns BLOOMBERG RADIO and News WBBR-A/NEW YORK.
