Legendary MOTOWN singer/songwriter SMOKEY ROBINSON will be honored with a tribute concert to mark his receipt of the LIBRARY OF CONGRESS' prestigious GERSHWIN PRIZE FOR POPULAR SONG.  The show will take place NOVEMBER 16th at DAR CONSTITUTION HALL in WASHINGTON, DC, on WEDNESDAY, NOVEMBER 16th at 8p (ET).
