The FCC has fined JOSE LUIS GEREZ $10,000 for operating an unlicensed FM station in QUEENS, NY.
GEREZ was previously hit with a Notice of Apparent Liability for Forfeiture for running the pirate station at 95.1 FM from various locations around QUEENS. The Commission said GEREZ failed to respond to the notice.
