RICK L. MURPHY is selling K260CG/MOHAVE VALLEY, AZ to SALEM's NEW INSPIRATION BROADCASTING COMPANY, INC. for $20,000.  The buyer plans to move the translator to rebroadcast News-Talk KCBQ-A/SAN DIEGO.

In other filings with the FCC, COMMUNITY BROADCASTING, INC. is selling K224DJ/LA VISTA, NE to MY BRIDGE for $30,000.

CALVARY CHAPEL OF TWIN FALLS, INC. has requested a Silent STA for W203BH/MACON, GA while it negotiates for space on a new tower.

And LIVING PROOF INC. has closed on the sale of K291BK/CHALFANT VALLEY, CA to AMERICAN GENERAL MEDIA's AGM CALIFORNIA, INC. for $33,000. The buyer plans to use the translator to rebroadcast News-Talk KVEC-A/SAN LUIS OBISPO, CA.

In CANADA, BAYSHORE BROADCASTING CORP. has won approval from the CRTC for a new Country station at 102.3 FM in GRAVENHURST and BRACEBRIDGE, ON.  The station will be a Class B1 with 22,000 watts at 69.5 meters above average terrain.
