Former PLAY IT AGAIN PUBLISHING EVP AUSTIN MARSHALL has joined STARSTRUCK ENTERTAINMENT as Manager and Dir./Artist Development.  In his new role, he will focus on signing and cultivating new talent for the management team and songwriters for STARSTRUCK WRITERS GROUP.
