eOne Hands Over All Physical Distribution To Warner's ADA

ENTERTAINMENT ONE will become a digital distributor only and hand over its physical distribution to WARNER MUSIC GROUP's ALTERNATIVE DISTRIBUTION ALLIANCE for all its owned, in-house labels. cease all physical distribution and will only be a digital distributor going forward.

The company has told affected labels that they will have to find their own solutions for physical distribution, which may allow those labels to simply walk out of their contracts.

Among the labels eONE distributes are RED HOUSE, PUTAMAYO, SHANACHIE ENTERTAINMENT, REAL WORLD, SPB. SILVA SCREEN AMERICA, TUFF GONG, PANDISC, SUNNYSIDE and RIGHTEOUS BABE RECORDS.

ADA Pres. ELIAH SETON issued a statement on the new arrangement: “eONE is a well-known powerhouse in media and entertainment and we are honored that they chose ADA as a long term partner as they evolve their music business.”
