CBS Top 40 KLUC/LAS VEGAS got a surprise yesterday morning (10/11) when TIM KAINE checked in with the station's MORNING ZOO program. The Democratic Vice Presidential nominee spoke with CHET, SPENCE & KAYLA to make a push for voter registration. 

SPENCE told KAINE that when President BARACK OBAMA was running for election eight years earlier, he promised the morning team some chicken from his favorite spot in CHICAGO which, unfortunately never arrived. Senator KAINE then said he would send them some tasty VIRGINIA peanuts.  He also took a shot at Republican Presidential nominee DONALD TRUMP.
