G&L AIRCASTERS, INC. is selling Classic Hits WTNK-A and W228CB (FUN RADIO 93.5 FM 1090 AM)/HARTSVILLE, TN to FUN MEDIA GROUP OF TENNESSEE, LLC for $180,000, with $10,000 down and the rest in monthly installments of at least $900, plus a time brokerage agreement before closing.

In other filings with the FCC, THE MONTANA RADIO COMPANY, LLC is selling Silent KZMO/ROUNDUP, MT to BILL EDWARDS for $10,000.  The seller has reserved the right to move the call letters to another of its stations and substitute a new set of calls.

KENT STATE UNIVERSITY is selling W237DX/EAST LIVERPOOL, OH to SAGA COMMUNICATIONS OF NEW ENGLAND, LLC for $35,000.  The buyer plans to move the translator to rebroadcast News-Talk WNYY-A/ITHACA, NY.

FAMILY LIFE MINISTRIES, INC. is selling W225AQ/LOCK HAVEN, PA to HUBBARD's WASHINGTON DC FCC LICENSE SUB, LLC for $72,500.  The buyer plans to move the translator to rebroadcast Variety WWFD-A (THE GAMUT)/FREDERICK, MD.

EDUCATIONAL MEDIA FOUNDATION is swapping W223BZ/TUSCALOOSA, AL and $50,000 to TTI, INC. for the equipment and tower lease of WLXQ/GREENSBORO, AL, which EMF acquired at the end of JUNE.

And MOREY BROADCASTING, LLC has closed on the sale of Oldies KTAT-A/FREDERICK, OK to HIGH PLAINS RADIO NETWORK, LLC for $35,000.

The Commission also denied SEWARD MEDIA PARTNERS, LLC's Petition for Reconsideration of the denial of its attempt to transfer AC KSEW-A/SEWARD, AK to KENAI EDUCATIONAL MEDIA, INC. for no cash consideration and the expiration of its license.  The station's license expired on FEBRUARY 1, 2014 due to failure to file a timely license renewal application, and the FCC declined to waive and defer or abate delinquent regulatory fees for the station, TV translator K17HL, and digital TV translator K06OR-D for 2010-2014 or remove the "red light" sanction on the licensee due to the delinquency.
