G&L AIRCASTERS, INC. is selling Classic Hits WTNK-A and W228CB (FUN RADIO 93.5 FM 1090 AM)/HARTSVILLE, TN to FUN MEDIA GROUP OF TENNESSEE, LLC for $180,000, with $10,000 down and the rest in monthly installments of at least $900, plus a time brokerage agreement before closing.
In other filings with the FCC, THE MONTANA RADIO COMPANY, LLC is selling Silent KZMO/ROUNDUP, MT to BILL EDWARDS for $10,000. The seller has reserved the right to move the call letters to another of its stations and substitute a new set of calls.

FAMILY LIFE MINISTRIES, INC. is selling W225AQ/LOCK HAVEN, PA to HUBBARD's WASHINGTON DC FCC LICENSE SUB, LLC for $72,500. The buyer plans to move the translator to rebroadcast Variety WWFD-A (THE GAMUT)/FREDERICK, MD.
EDUCATIONAL MEDIA FOUNDATION is swapping W223BZ/TUSCALOOSA, AL and $50,000 to TTI, INC. for the equipment and tower lease of WLXQ/GREENSBORO, AL, which EMF acquired at the end of JUNE.
