GAMMA BROADCASTING, LLC is selling BERKSHIRE BROADCASTING CO., INC., licensee of AC WNAW-A and Classic Hits WUPE-F (WHOOPIE 100.1 FM)/NORTH ADAMS, MA, AC-News-Talk WSBS-A/GREAT BARRINGTON, MA, and W277CJ/PITTSFIELD, MA, to ED LEVINE's GALAXY II MEDIA LLC in a stock transaction for $1.68 million. GAMMA is also selling the licenses of News-Talk WBEC-A, Hot AC WBEC-F (LIVE 95.9), and Classic Hits WUPE-A (WHOOPIE)/PITTSFIELD, MA and W231AK/GREAT BARRINGTON, MA directly to GALAXY II MEDIA for $1.47 million, and NORTHEAST AIRCHECKS, LLC is selling W231AK/GREAT BARRINGTON, MA, which simulcasts WSBS-A, to GAMMA for $20,000.
