GAMMA BROADCASTING, LLC is selling BERKSHIRE BROADCASTING CO., INC., licensee of AC WNAW-A and Classic Hits WUPE-F (WHOOPIE 100.1 FM)/NORTH ADAMS, MA, AC-News-Talk WSBS-A/GREAT BARRINGTON, MA, and W277CJ/PITTSFIELD, MA, to ED LEVINE's GALAXY II MEDIA LLC in a stock transaction for $1.68 million.  GAMMA is also selling the licenses of News-Talk WBEC-A, Hot AC WBEC-F (LIVE 95.9), and Classic Hits WUPE-A (WHOOPIE)/PITTSFIELD, MA and W231AK/GREAT BARRINGTON, MA directly to GALAXY II MEDIA for $1.47 million, and NORTHEAST AIRCHECKS, LLC is selling W231AK/GREAT BARRINGTON, MA, which simulcasts WSBS-A, to GAMMA for $20,000.

In other filings with the FCC, HIGHER CALLING COMMUNICATIONS, INC. is selling Silent KTUG/HUDSON, WY to MORCOM BROADCASTING, LLC for $60,100.

BIRACH BROADCASTING CORPORATION is selling News-Talk WKGE-A (THE EDGE)/JOHNSTOWN, PA to EDWARD A. SCHOBER for $25,000.

WGWM BROADCASTING, INC. is selling Religion WGWM-A/LONDON, KY to GATEWAY RADIO WORK, INC for $5,000.

DOWN EAST COMMUNICATIONS, INC./CDC/CENTER FOR THE PERFORMING ARTS is selling K261BA/ROLLA, ND to FORUM COMMUNICATIONS COMPANY for $30,000.  The buyer plans to move the translator to rebroadcast News-Talk WDAY-A/FARGO.

AIRCRAFT STORAGE SOLUTIONS, LLC is selling K284CB/PEACH SPRINGS, AZ to DESERT BROADCASTERS LLC for $20,000 plus a program carriage agreement.  The buyer plans to move the translator to rebroadcast News-Talk KPSI-A/PALM SPRINGS, CA; the program agreement is for the buyer to air the seller's "THINK! AMERICA" show on weekends on KPSI once the buyer closes on the purchase of KPSI.

RICHARD BROOKS has closed on the sale of W282AH/ALEXANDRIA BAY, NY to COMMUNITY BROADCASTERS, LLC for $5,000. The buyer plans to move the translator to rebroadcast News-Talk WWLZ-A/HORSEHEADS-ELMIRA, NY.

And COVENANT NETWORK has closed on the sale of W288DB/ROBINSON, IL (now W295CI/BELLEFONTAINE, OH) to V-TECK COMMUNICATIONS, INC. for $32,500.  The buyer is moving the translator to rebroadcast News-Talk WBLL-A/BELLEFONTAINE, OH.

In CANADA, the CRTC approved AUPE CULTURAL ENHANCEMENT SOCIETY's application for a new Type B Native FM station in CAMPBELL RIVER, BC; denied LARCHE COMMUNICATIONS' application for a new FM in SUDBURY, ON on the grounds that the market cannot sustain additional commercial stations at this time; and dismissed a complaint by 9015-2018 QUEBEC, INC. that NEETI P. RAY's 9427899 CANADA, INC. Ethnic CKIN/MONTREAL violated its license conditions by concentrating on Arabic-language programming and not South Asian programming as promised.
