Performers, Presenters Announced For 'CMT Artists Of The Year' Special

'CMT Artists Of The Year'

MEGHAN TRAINOR, JILL SCOTT, ZARA LARSSON, and LITTLE BIG TOWN's KAREN FAIRCHILD will perform at the 2016 "CMT Artists Of The Year" special to pay tribute to honorees LUKE BRYAN, FLORIDA GEORGIA LINE, THOMAS RHETT, and CARRIE UNDERWOOD (NET NEWS 9/13). KELSEA BALLERINI, who will receive the "Breakout Artist Of The Year" honor, will join TRAINOR and SCOTT to perform a tribute to SHANIA TWAIN, who will receive the "Artist Of A Lifetime" award (NET NEWS 10/4).

Presenting the honors will be LITTLE BIG TOWN, talk show host ARSENIO HALL, and Olympic gymnasts ALY RAISMAN and MADISON KOCIAN. The seventh annual "CMT Artists Of The Year" special will premiere from the SCHERMERHORN SYMPHONY CENTER in NASHVILLE on THURSDAY, OCTOBER 20th at 8p (ET).
