CLEAR CHANNEL/MONTEREY OM SAM "DIGGEDY" SEGOVIA has named JOHNNY MORGAN PD of Country KTOM. MORGAN, who replaces DAVE KIRTH, now at RUST RECORDS, is returning to his old home. He previously served as KTOM PD for numerous years and is returning from crosstown MAPLETON COMMUNICATIONS, where he served as Production Director.
