Kenny Wall Joins WLXX/Lexington As PD/MD

Programming vet KENNY WALL has been named PD/MD for CUMULUS Country WLXX (NASH FM)/LEXINGTON, KY, succeeding DALE O’BRIAN, who left the station last month (NET NEWS 9/12). “We are very excited to have KENNY WALL join us in LEXINGTON as PD/MD on NASH FM 92.9,” said CUMULUS/LEXINGTON Market Mgr. SCOTT FRAZIER. "KENNY’s experience, ideas, and great on-air presence will bring a new level of energy to our Country station.”

WALL’s move to WLXX marks his return to the CUMULUS family; previously, he served in OM/PD roles for the company’s KKEG/FAYETTEVILLE, AR; KBBQ/FT. SMITH, AR; and WBSX and WBHT/WILKES BARRE, PA stations. His radio resume also includes time in TULSA, BIRMINGHAM, and LITTLE ROCK. Most recently, WALL handled OM responsibilities for the TOWNSQUARE/AMARILLO cluster. "I am so stoked to join the CUMULUS team in LEXINGTON,” said WALL. “Looking forward to lots of bourbon, horse racing, and Country music."
