SONY MUSIC NASHVILLE Mgr./Marketing LYSSA WHEATON is leaving the company to pursue a yet-to-be-named opportunity. "In two weeks, I not only won't be working at SONY, but I won't really be working in the music business," WHEATON shared via FACEBOOK. "The big move had everyone thinking about fresh starts, and I'm about to make mine. I didn't think I'd ever have a new dream. The perfect opportunity knocked, and I'd be crazy not to chase it."

WHEATON was elevated to Mgr./Marketing in FEBRUARY (NET NEWS 2/24). She has served in various capacities in marketing and management for 13 years. WHEATON can be reached via email here.
