CLEAR CHANNEL Talk WRVA-A/RICHMOND PD TOM PARKER has been named PD at JOURNAL Talk WTMJ-A/MILWAUKEE, effective NOVEMBER 13, reports the MILWAUKEE JOURNAL-SENTINEL's TIM CUPRISIN.
PARKER replaces RICK BELCHER, who exited the VP/Operations post at WTMJ and WKTI in AUGUST when the job was eliminated.
