CAPITOL NASHVILLE artist LUKE BRYAN celebrated seven consecutive #1 singles last NIGHT (10/24) at the COUNTRY MUSIC HALL OF FAME (CMHOF) in NASHVILLE. BRYAN performed acoustically with each of the songwriters for his singles, "Play It Again," "Roller Coaster," "I See You," "Kick The Dust Up," "Strip It Down," "Home Alone Tonight," and "Huntin', Fishin', and Lovin' Every Day." BRYAN was presented with plaques commemorating the seven #1s and the RIAA PLATINUM certification of his "Kill The Lights" album.
"It's an amazing situation that I have been blessed to be in. It's a situation where it takes a group of writers like this to make it happen," BRYAN told ALL ACCESS. "It takes a whole bunch of people behind the scenes: my management, JESSIE [SCHMIDT] my publicist, and my record label. You work so hard for ten years to get to a point where you look up and you have a song going up the charts in 15 or 16 weeks." He added, "I do appreciate what's going on and understand the rarity of having the success to where your number ones are kind of outrunning your ability to have the parties."
