Country singer DAVID LEE MURPHY was arrested and charged with DUI on OCTOBER 5th in FRANKLIN, TN. He waived a court appearance yesterday (10/19) and is scheduled to go to trial on TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 28th.
The TENNESSEAN reports that after his car crashed into the guardrail and he was being handcuffed, he called the arresting officer a derogatory name. To read more, click here.
