LIVE NATION ENTERTAINMENT, INC. is making a private offering of $575 million in senior notes due 2024, guaranteed by certain domestic subsidiaries of the company.
The proceeds from the offering will be used, along with additional borrowing under an amended senior secured credit facility (to be entered into concurrently with the closing of the senior note offering), to pay off its existing senior secured credit facility and redeem all of its outstanding 7.000% senior notes due 2020, plus fees and expenses, and for general corporate purposes.
