Learfield Sells Naming Rights To Butler U. Radio Network To PNC Bank

LEARFIELD's BUTLER SPORTS PROPERTIES has sold the naming rights to BUTLER UNIVERSITY's sports radio network to PNC BANK. The network will now be known as the PNC BUTLER RADIO NETWORK under a five-year agreement starting immediately.
The men's basketball season starts under the new network name on SATURDAY (10/29) with an exhibition game against WABASH COLLEGE, with broadcasts this season on EMMIS Sports WFNI-A-W228CX (93.5/1070 THE FAN)/INDIANAPOLIS, bumped to sister W298BB-WIBC-HD2 in the event of a conflict with INDIANA PACERS NBA broadcasts and to News-Talk WIBC-F in the event of a conflict with INDIANAPOLIS COLTS NFL football. ADAMS RADIO GROUP Oldies WLYV-A/FORT WAYNE is also on the network. MARK MINNER and NICK GARDNER are back to call the games.

We look forward to amplifying the reach of the BULLDOG fan base.”
