Classic Country KMHI-A and Top 40 KTPZ/MOUNTAIN HOME, ID and Country-AC KAYN (CANYON COUNTRY 100.7)/GOODING, ID are being transferred by LOCALLY OWNED RADIO LLC to FM IDAHO CO. LLC, and the CPs for KISY/TWIN FALLS, ID and KTPD/HAZELTON, ID go the other way, in an assignment for tax purposes. The companies share the same attributable owners.
