'Now Hear This' Podcast Festival Starts Friday Night

MIDROLL MEDIA's "NOW HEAR THIS FEST" podcast festival gets underway TONIGHT (10/28) at the ANAHEIM MARRIOTT.
Tonight's schedule includes SCOTT AUKERMAN's "COMEDY BANG! BANG!," PANOPLY's "TRUMPCAST," JIMMY PARDO's "NEVER NOT FUNNY," storytelling showcase "THE MOTH," SARAH THYRE and SUSAN ORLEANS' "CRYBABIES," and NPR's "HOW I BUILT THIS WITH GUY RAZ."
A busy SATURDAY schedule has 24 shows on the schedule, including a special "WTF WITH MARC MARON" with MARON and producer BRENDAN MCDONALD offering behind-the-scenes insight, AMERICAN PUBLIC MEDIA's "DINNER PARTY DOWNLOAD," DOUG BENSON's "DOUG LOVES MOVIES," WONDERY's "FOUND" (with STARLEE KINE guesting), PANOPLY's "THE GIST WITH MIKE PESCA," NPR's "POP CULTURE HAPPY HOUR" and "EMBEDDED," EARWOLF's "HOW DID THIS GET MADE," and several more.
And on SUNDAY, PAUL F. TOMPKINS' "SPONTANEANATION," CASEY WILSON and DANIELLE SCHNEIDER's "REAL HOUSEWIVES" analysis "BITCH SESH," JORDAN MORRIS and JESSE THORN's "JORDAN, JESSE, GO!," and the repetitive movie review show "THE WORST IDEA OF ALL TIME" (they watch and review the same movie every week for a full year, this time "WE ARE YOUR FRIENDS") will be on hand.
