BIG MACHINE LABEL GROUP (BMLG) has signed U.K. Country duo THE SHIRES to its DOT RECORDS imprint. "I've been watching THE SHIRES closely and from afar, and now the time is right to have them join the family," said BMLG Pres./CEO SCOTT BORCHETTA. "I can't wait for AMERICA to experience THE SHIRES."

The duo's BEN EARLE and CRISSIE RHODES commented, "We are absolutely thrilled to sign with DOT RECORDS in the USA.
