With the AM revitalization translator window deadline coming up, several more FM translator deals have been filed with the FCC, including some in the LOS ANGELES area.

First, EDGEWATER BROADCASTING, INC. is selling K237FL/WOODLAKE, CA to RUDEX BROADCASTING LIMITED CORPORATION for $35,000.  The buyer plans to move the FM translator to rebroadcast Korean KFOX-A/TORRANCE-LOS ANGELES.

DAVIDSON MEDIA GROUP, LLC is selling K296GS/SAN BERNARDINO, CA to LOTUS LOS ANGELES CORP. for $35,000.  The buyer plans to move the translator to rebroadcast Spanish Sports KTMZ-A (ESPN DEPORTES)/POMONA, CA.

And SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA PUBLIC RADIO is selling K232EW/VENTURA, CA to MAJOR MARKET STATIONS, INC. for $40,000.  The buyer plans to move the translator to rebroadcast Regional Mexican KWRN-A (LA PODEROSA 1550 AM)/APPLE VALLEY, CA.

In other filings with the FCC, E-STRING WIRELESS, LTD is selling K256AT/NACOGDOCHES, TX to WHARTON COUNTY RADIO, INC. for $26,250.  The buyer plans to move the translator to rebroadcast Country KULP-A/EL CAMPO, TX.

RADIO 74 INTERNATIONALE is selling W287CB/CAMBRIDGE CITY, IN to L.M. COMMUNICATIONS OF KENTUCKY, LLC for $32,000.   The buyer plans to move the translator to rebroadcast Contemporary Christian WSCW-A (AM 1410 THE LIGHT)/CHARLESTON, WV.   RADIO 74 INTERNATIONALE is also selling W296CU/GREENFIELD, IN to L.M. COMMUNICATIONS, INC. for $32,000; the buyer plans to move the translator to rebroadcast Sports WLXG-A/LEXINGTON, KY.

NEVADA CITY COMMUNITY BROADCAST GROUP is selling K233CT/TRACY, CA to KNIGHT BROADCASTING, INC. for $13,000.  The buyer plans to move the translator to rebroadcast News-Talk KUHL-A/SANTA MARIA, CA.

RADIO TRAINING NETWORK, INC. is selling W244DG/NEW HOPE, GA and W296CN/STALLSVILLE, SC to NORSAN MEDIA, LLC for $90,000.  The buyer plans to move the translators to rebroadcast Regional Mexican WVOJ-A/FERNANDINA BEACH, FL and Regional Mexican WXNC-A (PEPE 1060)/MONROE-CHARLOTTE, NC, respectively.

SUSAN BUSHELL has applied for Silent STAs for K276BR/SANTA CRUZ, CA, K242AT/SALINAS, CA, K265CY/SAN JOSE, CA, and K257BE/LOS GATOS, CA after the death of owner RICHARD BUSHELL and the termination of a lease by EMF for the use of the translators.

REFUGE MEDIA GROUP is selling W267AO/CHISHOLM, MN to KMHL BROADCASTING COMPANY for $50,000.  The buyer plans to move the translator to rebroadcast News-Talk-Classic Country KMHL-A/MARSHALL, MN.

ROBERT A. LYNCH is selling W273CO/LANSING, NY to SOUND COMMUNICATIONS, LLC for $50,000.  The buyer plans to move the translator to rebroadcast News-Talk WOEN-A/OLEAN, NY.

CSN INTERNATIONAL is selling W281BM/DURHAM, NC to WHAP, INC. for $45,000.  The buyer plans to move the translator to rebroadcast Sports WHAP-A (FOX SPORTS 1340)/HOPEWELL, VA.  CSN is also selling W237EF/TALLAHASSEE, FL to NORSAN CONSULTING AND MANAGEMENT, LLC for an undisclosed price; the buyer plans to move the translator to rebroadcast Regional Mexican WEWC-A (LA RAZA)/CALLAHAN, FL.

BAY BROADCASTING, INC. is selling W264BJ/POCOMOKE CITY, MD to CAPITAL BROADCASTING VA, LLC for $30,000.  The buyer plans to move the translator to MANASSAS, VA to rebroadcast Tejano WURA-A (RADIO UNIDA 920)/QUANTICO, VA.

HARNEY COUNTY RADIO, LLC has closed on the sale of Silent KBNH-A and KORC/BURNS, OR to STARLIGHT BROADCASTING LLC for $30,000.

VERMONT PUBLIC RADIO has closed on the sale of W237BF/MIDDLEBURY, VT to COSTA-EAGLE RADIO VENTURES LIMITED PARTNERSHIP for $85,000.  The buyer plans to move the translator to rebroadcast Portuguese WMVX-A (NOSSA RADIO 1570)/METHUEN-BOSTON.

And INDIANA COMMUNITY RADIO CORPORATION has closed on the sale of W283AJ/CONNERSVILLE, IN to DELMAR COMMUNICATIONS, INC. for $40,000.  The buyer plans to move the translator to rebroadcast Oldies WQTT-A (TRUE OLDIES 1270)/MARYSVILLE, OH.

In a deal involving three AM stations, RADIO SHOPPING SHOW's LAS VEGAS RADIO CO., INC. is selling Shopping-Sports KSHP-A/NORTH LAS VEGAS to WILLIAM H. POLLACK's LAS VEGAS BROADCASTING LLC; RSS' FOX VALLEY BROADCASTING CO., INC. is selling News-Talk-Shopping WRMN-A/ELGIN, IL to POLLACK's ELGIN COMMUNITY BROADCASTING LLC; and RSS's BIG BROADCASTING COMPANY, INC. is selling News-Talk-Shopping WBIG-A/AURORA, IL to POLLACK's AURIL BROADCASTING LLC for a combined $2 million.

And LIVING PROOF, INC. is selling noncommercial Religion KWBP/BIG PINE, CA to CEDAR BROADCASTING, INC. for $12,000.
