  WARNER BROS./WAR duo DAN + SHAY are slated to host the pre-televised CMA Awards and honors, including CMA Broadcast Personality and Station Of The Year trophies, before "THE 50TH ANNUAL CMA AWARDS" on WEDNESDAY, NOVEMBER 2nd. Additionally, COLE SWINDELL, CAM, and celebrities including MATTHEW MCCONAUGHEY, PEYTON MANNING, LILY TOMLIN, JENNIFER GARNER, and others will join previously announced artists (NET NEWS 10/26).
  
  Hosted by CARRIE UNDERWOOD and BRAD PAISLEY, the show will broadcast live from BRIDGESTONE ARENA in NASHVILLE at 8p (ET) on ABC-TV.
