HUBBARD RADIO/CHICAGO has named JEFF ENGLAND VP/Market Manager for Hot AC WTMX (101.9FM THE MIX), Classic Rock simulcast WDRV/WWDV (99.7/96.9 THE DRIVE) and AC WSHE. ENGLAND most recently served as VP, Dir./Sales for HUBBARD RADIO/PHOENIX.
