In other filings with the FCC, MANNING BROADCASTING, INC. is selling W228AB/PARAMOUNT, MD to RADIO ONE LICENSES, LLC for $40,000.  The buyer plans to move the translator to rebroadcast News-Talk WTPS-A/RICHMOND, although the primary station listed in the application is RED ZEBRA Sports WXGI-A (ESPN 950)/RICHMOND.

E-STRING WIRELESS, LTD. is selling K287BO/DODGE CITY, KS to PERRY BROADCASTING OF SOUTWEST OKLAHOMA, INC. for $25,000.   The translator will rebroadcast Sports KXCA-A (THE TICKET 1050 AM)/LAWTON, OK,

COMMUNITY TRANSLATOR NETWORK, LLC, debtor in possession, is selling K282BL/KANOSH, UT to CHERRY CREEK RADIO's CCR-ST. GEORGE IV, LLC for $35,000.  The buyer plans to move the translator to rebroadcast News-Talk KSUB-A/CEDAR CITY, UT.

FRED HANNEL is selling K231CJ/NOGALES, AZ to SEWANEE PHOENIX LICENSEE, LLC and K260CJ/NOGALES to GABRIELLE BROADCASTING LICENSEE I, LLC for $1,000 each.  The buyer plans to move the translators to rebroadcast Religion KXEG-A (1280 THE TRUMPET)/PHOENIX, AZ and Silent KHEP-A/TEMPE-PHOENIX, AZ, respectively.

FAMILY LIFE MINISTRIES, INC. is swapping W207BH/BALDWINSVILLE, NY, to be W261SA, to WOLF RADIO, INC. as part of the previously approved and complicated swap of stations between FAMILY LIFE, WOLF RADIO, and FOXFUR COMMUNICATIONS.  The assignment of the translator was noted in the deal that was first denied for putting FOXFUR over the ownership cap and ultimately approved after modification and a fine, and the new application specifies Silent WSEN-A/BALDWINSVILLE as the primary station.

JLD MEDIA, LLC has applied for a Silent STA for KMTZ/WALKERVILLE, MT while it completes building its new studio and offices and hires a staff.

HASTINGS COLLEGE has closed on the sale of Silent noncommercial KFKX/HASTINGS, NE to BOTT BROADCASTING's COMMUNITY BROADCASTING, INC. for $37,500.  The station will be operated primarily as a satellite of Religion KSIV/ST. LOUIS.

CUMULUS spinoff entity JOULE BROADCASTING, LLC, headed by broker EDDIE ESSERMAN, has closed on the sale of Country WELJ (104.7 NASH ICON)/MONTAUK, NY-NEW LONDON, CT to BOLD BROADCASTING, LLC for $197,000.

BEASLEY MEDIA GROUP has closed on the spinoff of News-Talk WBT-A-F, Sports WFNZ-A-W273DA (THE FAN), and Hot AC WLNK (107.9 THE LINK)/CHARLOTTE to ENTERCOM for $24 million.  BEASLEY closed on the acquisition of the stations and the rest of GREATER MEDIA yesterday as well.

And ADVANCE MINISTRIES, INC d/b/a NEW LIFE CHRISTIAN SCHOOL has closed on the sale of K259BJ/EL CENTRO, CA to BANNING RADIO, LLC for $25,000.  The buyer plans to move the translator to rebroadcast News-Talk KMET-A/BANNING, CA.
