With the acquisition of A&R WORLDWIDE & MUSEXPO by SAT BISLA from his two partners, JIM McKEON and STEVE SMITH (NET NEWS 10/10), McKEON has announced that he "will continue with SAT's new company, PANGAEA ENTERTAINMENT, as a consultant through 2007 and engage other special opportunities in the next year." Look for SMITH to make some announcements, soon.
