OHIO MEDIA WATCH is reporting that CLEAR CHANNEL Talk WTAM-A/CLEVELAND News Director R.C. BAUER is exiting to join sister Talk WFLA-A as Dir. of Information and Programming Services. The report also notes that BAUER's WTAM assistant DARREN TOMS will replace BAUER at WTAM.
