Another FLORIDA pirate FM operator has been hit with a proposed fine by the FCC.
CHARLES PHILOME is facing a $20,000 proposed fine for allegedly operating unlicensed FM stations on 88.7 and 90.1 FM ("BELLE RADIO FM 88.7," "BELLE RADIO FM 90.1," and "SUPER STAR FM") from locations in POMPANO BEACH and MARGATE, FL. PHILOME is a principal of several businesses co-located with the stations, and was warned both verbally and in writing of his liability without immediately ceasing operation.
