Congratulations to ZAC BROWN BAND (ZBB) guitarist CLAY COOK and wife, BROOKE, who welcomed a son, CHARLIE, on FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 4th. "This is CHARLIE," COOK shared via INSTAGRAM. "In this picture are the two most important things to me in this world. He and Mommy are well. I'm so in love!"

CHARLIE joined the COOK family at 7:55p (ET) last FRIDAY (11/4) weighing eight pounds and measuring 19 inches long.
