CHRIS RYAN, who exited the PD post at CONNOISSEUR Top 40 WRTS (STAR 104)/ERIE, PA recently (NET NEWS 10/24) has joined NEUHOFF MEDIA as PD of Top 40 WSOY (Y103)/DECATUR, IL.

RYAN tells ALL ACCESS, "I interviewed with a couple of other bigger companies, but felt that NEUHOFF MEDIA was the best fit for what I wanted to accomplish for my next programming gig. I love what they stand for and am excited to be a new member of the NEUHOFF MEDIA family. Y103 is the heritage Top 40 in the market and I get to fully wrap my arms around the station to make it sound better than ever!"

This marks a return to the MIDWEST for RYAN, who previously programmed CONNOISSEUR'S WWHX (HITS 100.7)/BLOOMINGTON, IL, which is now also owned by NEUHOFF.
