Blake Shelton Leads RIAA Gold And Platinum Country Honors For October

WARNER BROS./WMN artist BLAKE SHELTON led the RIAA GOLD and PLATINUM honors in OCTOBER 2016 for the Country format. SHELTON received PLATINUM Album honors for "Based On A True Story," "Red River Blue," and "BLAKE SHELTON'S Barn And Grill" and PLATINUM Single honors for "Doin' What She Likes" and "Ol' Red." SHELTON also earned GOLD Single honors for "Came Here To Forget," "Kiss My Country Ass," and "Footloose."
RIAA PLATINUM Album honors also went to DWIGHT YOAKAM for "The Very Best Of DWIGHT YOAKAM;" and CARRIE UNDERWOOD for "Storyteller," "Blown Away," "Play On," "Carnival Ride," and "Some Hearts." In addition, KELSEA BALLERINI received GOLD Album honors for "The First Time," and LUKE BRYAN earned PLATINUM Single honors for "I See You" and "Rollercoaster" and GOLD Single honors for "Home Alone Tonight" and "Huntin', Fishin' And Lovin' Every Day."
