Another FM pirate station operator is facing a proposed fine from the FCC, this time in WORCESTER, MA.
The Commission has proposed a $15,000 fine against VASCO OBURONI for operating an unlicensed FM station on 102.3 FM in WORCESTER, interfering with now-BEASLEY Country WKLB (COUNTRY 102.5)/BOSTON.
