Keith Urban Enters Rehab And Releases Official Statement

On FRIDAY (10/22), KEITH URBAN admitted himself into a treatment rehabilitation center. According to reports, his wife, NICOLE KIDMAN, was with him at the time. 

URBAN has released the following statement: "I deeply regret the hurt this has caused NICOLE and the ones who love and support me. One can never let one's guard down on recovery, and I'm afraid that I have. With strength and unwavering support I am blessed to have from my wife, family and friends, I am determined and resolved to a positive outcome."

As a result of KEITH's treatment, all immediate appearances for his forthcoming album will be postponed.
