  Cases Dismissed
  
  Two cases brought against BEASLEY BROADCAST GROUP by photographers for copyright infringement have been voluntarily dismissed with prejudice by the plaintiffs, with costs borne by each party.
  
  The cases were brought by PAUL MARTINKA over a photo of an election ballot used on the website of News-Talk WBCN-A (AMERICA'S PULSE 1660 AM)/CHARLOTTE and by DAVID MCGLYNN over a photo of a cronut used on the website of AC WJBR/WILMINGTON, DE.
