TOM LEYKIS has obtained a temporary restraining order against a man who has allegedly been  harassing and threatening the veteran talk host, reports TMZ.

LEYKIS obtained the order against a man named TREVOR GARNER, who the host says called his private number claiming to be an old friend, then, after being blocked, called from another number leaving a strange voicemail praising LEYKIS' "fatness" and then saying "I'm coming after you, dude" and "are you afraid yet?" LEYKIS also alleges that GARNER calls into his streaming subscription radio show up to 200 times a week.

The order enjoins GARNER from getting closer than 100 yards to LEYKIS. A hearing will be held in Superior Court of CALIFORNIA in LOS ANGELES County on DECEMBER 2nd.
