EVP/CFO Steve Fisher To Exit Entercom

ENTERCOM EVP/CFO STEVE FISHER will exit the company at the end of his current contract on FEBRUARY 28th, the company informed the SEC in an 8-K filing on MONDAY (11/14).

The filing gave no indication of a reason for FISHER's pending departure, noting only that FISHER will serve the company as a consultant after his exit and that the company is retaining search firm SPENCER STUART to find a successor. FISHER has been EVP/CFO since 1998; his resumé includes 15 years as a VP/GM for radio and cable with WESTINGHOUSE BROADCASTING and a stint as EVP/Development for THE MEDIA GROUP.
