GRAMMY-winning, ROCK AND ROLL HALL OF FAME nominee NILE RODGERS, CHIC founder and creator of the WE ARE FAMILY FOUNDATION -- has been confirmed as a KEYNOTE SPEAKER for the 2017 SXSW CONFERENCE, MARCH 10th through 19th in AUSTIN, TX.
