GABRIELLE BROADCASTING LICENSEE I, LLC is selling Silent KHEP-A/TEMPE, AZ and K260CJ/NOGALES, AZ to CRC BROADCASTING COMPANY, INC. for $450,000 plus an LMA before closing.  The buyer also owns Business KFNN-A-K257CD (MONEY RADIO 1510 And 99.3)/MESA in the PHOENIX market.  GABRIELLE BROADCASTING LICENSEE ORDINAL I, LLC is also buying Religion KXEG-A (THE TRUMPET)/PHOENIX and K231CJ/NOGALES from SEWANEE PHOENIX LICENSE, LLC for $384,000 plus an LMA before closing.

In other filings with the FCC, PINE TREE BROADCASTING, LLC is selling AC WRMO (93.7 THE WAVE)/MILBRIDGE, ME to MAINE PUBLIC BROADCASTING CORPORATION for $150,000 plus a programming agreement before closing.

INDIANA COMMUNITY RADIO CORPORATION is selling W230AR/MUNCIE, IN to NORTH AMERICAN BROADCASTING COMPANY, INC. for $40,000.  The translator is moving to rebroadcast Adult Standards WMNI-A/COLUMBUS, OH.

EDUCATIONAL MEDIA FOUNDATION has applied for a Silent STA for KGGA/GALLUP, NM while it sells the station to the BOARD OF EDUCATION OF THE CITY OF ALBUQUERQUE.

CALVARY CHAPEL OF THE FINGER LAKES, INC. has requested Silent STAs for W281AT/ITHACA, NY and W293CU/CORTLAND, NY due to reception problems for their primary signal.

Receiver GAURAV MALHOTRA has closed on the sale of the RADIO PEACH, INC. and RADIO PERRY, INC. stations, News-Talk WNEX-A, Americana WNEX-F (THE CREEK 100.9), and News-Talk WPGA-A/MACON, GA, to CREEK MEDIA, LLC for $790,000.  Former owner REGISTER COMMUNICATIONS had battled the sale in court but the deal was approved.

COLONIAL RADIO GROUP, INC. has closed on the sale of News-Talk WAVL-A/APOLLO, PA and W254CR/LATROBE-GREENSBURG, PA to LAUREL HIGHLAND TOTAL COMMUNICATIONS' LHTC MEDIA, INC. for $301,500

ARMIDA A. SAILLE has closed on the sale of K228FC/KINGSVILLE, TX (now K277DE/HOUSTON) to SALEM's SOUTH TEXAS BROADCASTING, INC. for $50,000.  The buyer is moving the translator to rebroadcast News-Talk KNTH-A (AM 1070 THE ANSWER)/HOUSTON.

GEOS COMMUNICATIONS has closed on the sale of W233CB/HAZELTON, PA to SOUTHERN BELLE, LLC for $70,000.  The translator rebroadcasts the seller's Classic Hits WGMF-A (GEM 104)/NANTICOKE, PA.

And COMMUNITY BROADCASTING, INC. has closed on the sale of K297BM/NEVADA, MO to ZIMMER RADIO, INC. for $40,000.  The buyer plans to move the translator to rebroadcast News-Talk KZRG-A/JOPLIN, MO, which is presently heard on K275BD/JOPLIN.

In a deal yet to appear in the FCC database, WITHERS BROADCASTING COMPANY OF ILLINOIS, LLC is selling Country WRUL and Oldies WROY-A/CARMI, IL and W229AU/FAIRFIELD, IL to MARK LANGE's THE ORIGINAL COMPANY, INC. for $390,000 plus an LMA before closing.  PATRICK COMMUNICATIONS served as broker for the seller.
