Momentum Broadcasting Collects More Than 3,500 Pounds Of Food For The Hungry

MOMENTUM BROADCASTING/CENTRAL CALIFORNIA conducted a three-day-weekend collection of non-perishable items for local food bank, FOODLINK, and generated over 3,500 pounds of food for the program.  

Listeners came by the station's live broadcasts at local grocery store FOOD 4 LESS to donate their food items. All four MOMENTBUM BROADCASTING/CENTRAL CALIFORNIA radio stations, including Country KJUG/TULARE, CA; Top 40 KCRZ (HiTZ 104.9)/VISALIA, CA; Classic Rock KIOO (99.7 CLASSIC ROCK)/PORTERVILLE, CA; and AC KVMI (MY97.5FM)/VISALIA, CA took turns broadcasting from the location. Hundreds of listeners made donations.
